Recharge is on a mission to help merchants seamlessly manage, grow, and delight their subscribers while reducing operating costs and churn. Founded in 2014 by Oisin O’Connor and Mike Flynn, Recharge was self-funded for more than five years before accepting outside financing. Today, Recharge powers more than 20,000 merchants serving 100 million subscribers, including brands such as Blueland, Hello Bello, CrunchLabs, Chamberlain Coffee, and Bobbie.
In May 2021, Recharge closed their Series B round of funding, raising $277 million in growth capital from Summit Partners, ICONIQ Growth, and Bain Capital Ventures to bring the company to a $2.1 billion valuation. To date, Recharge has processed over $20 billion in transactions. Recharge is a remote-first company with more than 400 team members across 15 countries.
