I'm Lisa Mastela, I'm the founder and CEO of Bumpin Blends.
Bumpin Blends makes pre-blended frozen smoothie cubes designed to support specific symptoms. They are delivered to your door and you just pop them into your blender at home add liquid and blend. With Bumpin Blends subscription was always a piece of the puzzle. We never didn't have subscriptions and that's because a big piece of our business is the fact that we are enhancing your lifestyle and we're not selling a product. We're selling you the outcome. We're relieving your anxiety or improving your energy with your morning smoothie.
But before Recharge was just I don't know how we made any customers with the process and when we moved over to Shopify and got up and running with Recharge and kind of were able to give our customers that experience, the following month, I think we were doing with a 60 subscribers 10K a month in revenue… like we were very, it was very early on and when we switched to Recharge, within a month we were doing 50k in revenue in the first month.
Literally went from 10K to 50K and it was like it was almost sudden where people were going to our website and experiencing the process of checkout, build-a-box all of that. It came off as so easy and like such a nice flow that it was just move like couldn't stop the customers from coming in. The customers we do acquire are loyal, they're excited, they become part of the community and that's just something that you don't get in a one-time product.
Like you just don't because like I said, we're not selling a product to you. We're selling an outcome and experience a lifestyle and you can only do that with a subscription. Seriously feels like Recharge is not just like an app on our site. It does feel like the team at Recharge really cares about us and cares about our success, so it's like having an extension of our team in Recharge.
